Chief Executive Officer
Fred has more than 20 years of insurance and technology experience, as well as a successful entrepreneurial track record. He co-founded two successful insurance technology corporations – Access Coverage Corp (sold to The Hartford) and BCF Technology (sold to AMS/Vertafore) – that developed and deployed software for multi-carrier underwriting, web services, connectivity, and integration. BCF built the AMS system, TransactNOW, used by many of the top 100 P&C insurance carriers. Fred also sits on the boards of numerous companies in and out of insurance.
Aviva has more than 20 years of experience in insurance, providing BI, performance management, and information delivery tools and strategies. She’s served as a subject matter expert, a business architect, and an executive coach in the areas of performance metrics and management, data architecture, and BI applications. She helped develop insurance data models and solution sets at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM, and more.
SVP, Sales and Operations
Justin has more than 15 years of experience in insurance, having served in various insurance agency roles, including CSR and producer. He has now spent the majority of his career in business development, with responsibilities for the sales and marketing of insurance specific technologies ranging from front and back office systems to BI and analytics solutions for carriers and agencies. Justin has a degree in information technology and informatics and an MBA.

Joe has been providing innovative and transformative business solutions in the insurance industry for more than 20 years.He has leveraged his expertise to advise solution vendors on designing, marketing and measuring ROI for specific industry solutions. He was responsible for worldwide insurance industry solutions for IBM that included analytics, information management and business process software. He was General Manager of American Financial Group where he was responsible for Strategy and Architecture, directing business initiatives for a portfolio of insurance companies. Joe’s deep expertise comes from serving in a number of executive roles in insurance operations that include sales and marketing, product management, and underwriting and ensures his focus on value-added business solutions.
Director of Technology
Charles has more than 15 years of experience as a leader in the design, development, and implementation of enterprise products and projects for The Hartford, Travelers, Met Life, AIG, Cisco Systems, PSINet, M&T Bank, First Data Corp, and Sara Lee. As part of BCF Technology, he co-architected TransactNOW and developed other applications to connect carriers to distribution channels, utilizing web services and maintaining ACORD compliance. At Vertafore, he served as Director of Product Development, Agency and Carrier Markets, improving software, delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
